Rhythmic Prana Vinyasa Flow with Kelly Farr de Flores
Prana Flow combines rhythmic breathing with spontaneous movement to interact with the subtle forces of prana (energy) as it moves through the body. This form of meditative asanas are slow, strong and fluid. We will transition from willful control over the postures into intuitive movements, allowing the intelligence of our Being to “dance“. Through this practice you are able to enter an authentic relationship with the multidimensional aspects of yourself. We will conclude the workshop with a guided Meditation and a long Savasana

A Restorative Yoga Class with Heidi Skvarna

Restorative Yoga Fundraiser provides a two-fold opportunity;
nurture your own well-being while knowing your contribution does the same for people in cancer treatment.
All proceeds will directly support Greet The Day, an Orange County 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals affected by cancer through education, oncology massage, and restorative touch.

Restorative Yoga is beneficial at any age and at all levels of fitness and flexibility. Restorative poses help relieve the effects of chronic stress on many levels. The nurturing and supportive body postures allow one to maintain stillness and find balance, as muscles relax, and unwind. The body’s systems are revitalized and replenished, and the mind becomes more focused. All levels welcome.
