YOGA PHILOSOPHY AND MEDITATION

Meditation practice with emphasis on proper preparation of body and mind through an understanding of yoga philosophy

Yoga Philosophy and Meditation

In the ancient tradition of yoga, physical and mental preparation for meditation and other subtle, internal practices were known to be essential for an effective spiritual practice. In the modern day, the indispensable step of preparation has been largely forgotten. With the proper foundation the practitioner can realize the powerful effects of a meditation practice and establish mental peace, happiness and direction.
