Shakti Yoga® is a balanced practice developed to increase your physical and spiritual strength and vitality.
The practice combines Surya Namaskar (sun salutes), asana (poses), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mantra (powerful sound formulas), energy work that teaches practitioners to learn to feel their own energy, and guided Shavasana (deep relaxation).
The Shakti Yoga practice was created by Master Yogi Jnana Nanda Bharati based on the ancient Vedic, Tantric and Yogic traditions.
