Chinese medicine philosophy states that when our yin and yang energies are balanced we experience inner wellbeing, harmony and health. Join Hetta for this Vinyasa and Yin workshop to deepen your understanding of the practice of yin yoga, the philosophy behind yin and yang, and enjoy a nice long practice to embody the experience! The day will begin with a discussion about philosophy, followed by 60 minutes of Vinyasa and 45 minutes of Yin. Please bring a journal, a pen and your yoga mat! 1:30pm-4pm in Huntington
