Join us as we explore the foundations of Yoga philosophy and understand how the ancient wisdom of the eight limbs of Yoga can be practically integrated into our daily lives. We will discuss each of the eight limbs and how to apply the subtle teachings of Yoga to maintain a connection to body, mind and spirit.

In this course on the classic yogic text, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, we will delve into the fundamentals of yoga philosophy and understand the mind in a whole new light. Beginning with a study of Samkhya philosophy, upon which both Yoga and Ayurveda are founded, you will gain an understanding to the intricacies of a balanced life spiritually, mentally and physically. We will review the entire text of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with an emphasis on understanding the mind, Sadhana Pada (the chapter on practice) and how to live your yoga through the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
