Beginning with a study of Samkhya philosophy, upon which both Yoga and Ayurveda are founded, you will gain an understanding to the intricacies of a balanced life spiritually, mentally and physically. We will review the entire text of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with an emphasis on understanding the mind, Sadhana Pada (the chapter on practice) and how to live your yoga through the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
