FAQ’s & Best Practices for LiveStream Classes
How it works:
Click on Sign Up for the classes you’d like to take & sign into your account.
Look for confirmation email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
One hour before class, will receive email from email@example.com with link to the LiveStream class. Click on the link to view the class.
After class you will receive email with link to the class recording that you can view for up to 5 days after.
LiveStream classes will require you to install Zoom on your computer; takes just a few minutes using the link you receive.
LiveStream classes can be viewed on all devices but work best on a laptop or desktop.
Don’t feel techie, that’s ok, neither do we.

Use Chrome or Firefox. Safari has known issues & is not recommended. Make sure your browser is up date with any updates.
Ensure 3rd party cookies and/or all cookies are enabled on your browser.
If you’re using Gmail and cannot find the email links (even in spam), check the Promotions folder.
Bandwidth- to prevent your internet from slowing down, close all other windows when streaming videos.
Add Yoga Shakti, MindBodyOnline & firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts/allowed/safe email recipients so important emails about your account & class access don’t end up in spam.
If not using Safari and still receiving error message when logging in, try clearing out your cache & cookies
Your Account & Logging in:
If you forgot your password, reset it. Do not create a new account. Multiple account profiles will cause log in issues.
Don’t use the same email under multiple profiles (for ex: if your kid’s profile has your email – the system will get confused & log in will not work)
Ensure you have email notifications turned on in your profile
