Alysha Floyd is a Yoga Shakti 200 hour certified Yoga Instructor. She began practicing Yoga in 2011 after recovering from 2 extensive knee surgeries. She began her practice in Gentle and Restorative Yoga to try and regain strength and flexibility in her knee. Yoga completely changed Alysha’s life as she experienced the many benefits of having a consistent practice. Realizing she wanted to teach and share the benefits of Yoga with others, Alysha enrolled in the Yoga Shakti 200 HR Teacher Training program in 2014 to dive deeper into the Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy and her own practice. Alysha strives to create a comfortable, safe, non competitive environment in her classes and encourages her students to do what feels good in their bodies.
