From the first time Hetta stepped onto a yoga mat almost 15 years ago, she felt an inner shift and wanted to experience more. This curiosity soon developed into a passion. In 2008, she completed her 200 hour teacher training and most recently completed her Yin Yoga training. She has experienced in her own life the deeply healing benefits of yoga physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Her Vinyasa classes are strong, filled with breath, as she encourages students towards inner stillness. Hetta strives to create a space for her students to feel welcomed, safe and empowered to carry their yoga practice off the mat and into their daily lives.
