Yoga found me when I was thirty-eight and attended my first yoga class.
Yoga sought to teach me about the connections between the mind, the body, reality and love.
Yoga continues to inspire me to be the best that I can be. After completing my 200 hour yoga teacher training, I launched right into teaching Restorative and Yin yoga, then Gentle and Senior yoga. I learned about Hatha yoga, chanting, pranayama and meditation. I continue to study the many aspects of Yoga as each layer unfolds.
I am grateful beyond words that yoga found me and revealed my path. I am in awe of the power of yoga and honored to share its blessings. Yoga overflows into my passions for art, cooking, movies, ballet, singing, and walks in nature.
