Morgan studied International Relations and Peace Studies at University and has experience working in the Arts. After taking her first yoga class in her teens, she found a connection to the quiet space that the practice created. During her time working abroad in the arts and peace-building field, she reflected that one of the most profound ways she knows how to actively create peace in her life is through her yoga practice. This connection led Morgan to delve deeper into the study of yoga.
Morgan is a graduate of Yoga Shakti’s 200 Hour Teacher Training program, and is currently enrolled in the 500 Hour program. She loves teaching yoga because it presents the opportunity to share an empowering practice with people of all walks of life. Morgan strives to create smooth and organic flows for her students, so that each student can connect to their breath and body.
